Free (e)Books

http://www.gutenberg.net/

Project Gutenberg is the oldest producer of free electronic books (eBooks or etexts) on the Internet. Their collection of more than 12.000 eBooks was produced by hundreds of volunteers. Most of the Project Gutenberg eBooks are older literary works that are in the public domain in the United States. All may be freely downloaded and read, and redistributed for non-commercial use.

e-Sword – Strongly Recommended !

http://www.e-sword.net/

This is what Rick Meyers, the creator of the software says
"Jesus told us that since we've been blessed we should bless others. For years I have been on the receiving end of His glorious riches, and I am happy to provide this blessing to others in the form of free Bible study software!"

"e-Sword is a fast and effective way to study the Bible. e-Sword is feature rich and user friendly with more capabilities than you would expect in a free software package. The fact that e-Sword is free is just one of the blessings and does not speak of the quality of the software."

I agree and know many pastors and friends who do too.

Love your slogan... "Eliminating Biblical illiteracy . . . one download at a time"

Googlympics - Saw these?

See and Enzoy.

Here is a secret - during the Olympics - I had a new logo as my desktop background each day.

So I guess now its kinda becoming evident to you - I admire Google.

It used to be Yahoo - a few years back - since I found Google, well.....

Google - Toooooo Gooooood !!

http://labs.google.com/sets

Alright, this is amazing - keeping with the minimalistic tradition of Google - the site doesn't say much about what it can do - but I was quite impressed by my first test. (I just found this site today)

" Automatically create sets of items from a few examples "
" Enter a few items from a set of things " - that's what the site says - and that's what it does.

A la WISIWID - What it says - is what it does :-)

Try Bangalore, Mangalore, Mysore - and see for your self !!
